Counting

If you are actually reading this, thanks for being interested. Maybe you are reading it because you have "friended" me on facebook. Amazing that 2009 is now half over with the passing of Independence Day. So far I have read 19 books, attended 4 weddings, celebrated Eddie's 50th milestone birthday, visited with the "kids" five times including the "welcome home" open house, enjoyed three weekend getaways, and 20 Moms In Touch prayer times. There are 86 days until Fall, the new school year begins in 53 days and Thanksgiving in 118 days. Since my last blog posting this is what's been going on with me: * feel like a speeding train * want to scream * overwhelmed * inadequate * frustrated * unkind * seek acceptance * disappointed in self * struggle to do what is right, the right way * know what to do; yet fail in obedience * desire to make a positive impact * find joy when encouraging others except do not often seize the opportunities....Lord, help me put all dstractions aside, to see and be with You.
